The Challenge
The owner needed to replace and install a new unified access control and video surveillance system in Plaza 2 and 3. They required a security integrator that could provide a turn-key system including all construction components for the installation. The selected security integrator also needed to coordinate closely with many on-site trades due to the complex nature of the construction underway at Harborside.
The Solutions
TRITECH Security Systems was awarded the contract to provide a unified access control and video surveillance system comprised of access control and video surveillance, intercom system, visitor management system, badging workstations, installation of a Security Operations Center (SOC), and ten (10) lanes of turnstiles across the two plazas. TRITECH Security Systems also provided network equipment for the unified system and all infrastructure cabling to support the system.
The Outcome
Harborside Plaza employees, visitors and clients enjoy a secure environment that allows them easy yet safe access throughout one of the busiest locations in the US. The systems provided by TRITECH offer assurance to the owners and managers that the people and facility are secure and well monitored.
