The Client

United Nations Federal Credit Union (UNFCU) offers a world of financial products and services to employees of the United Nations and it affiliated agencies. UNFCU provides insurance and investment services through its UNFCU Financial Services subsidiary. The credit union operates about 10 branch and representative offices, with locations in Geneva, Nairobi, Kenya, New York, Rome, and Vienna, Austria. UNFCU has more than 70,000 members.

The Challenge

UNFCU constructed a 15 story tower for the credit union’s new world headquarters.

The Solutions

TRITECH was awarded this $2.5 million project to (1) build a 3,500 square foot data center and fiber riser system for the entire building and install voice/ data connectivity to every telephone and workstation throughout the UNFCU space, and (2) install video conferencing for two conference rooms including an executive boardroom, two training rooms (including one divisible training room), and a distributed video system in the cafeteria.
