Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, employs over 1000 attorneys with regulatory expertise and sophisticated litigation and transactional practices, including leading attorneys experienced in servicing clients in the life sciences and financial services industries. The firm has fourteen offices, with ten in the United States, and four overseas including London, Brussels, Shanghai and Frankfurt. Their largest office is in an 11-story tower east of Mount Vernon Square in a vibrant development area in downtown Washington, DC.

The Challenge

Provide all eight floors of the firm’s new Washington, DC office with integration services that are seamless, easy to use and capable of success with limited support staff.

The Solutions

TRITECH provided AV systems for the firm’s: conference rooms, huddle rooms, training rooms, a divisible multipurpose room (and its associate control room), as well as several public displays. The completely integrated system consists of complex coordination between multiple pieces of equipment and configurations, all accomplished while giving the user simplified presentation control with the press of a button from the custom-programmed touch panels.

The Outcome

The attorneys and staff at the firm have provided TRITECH with feedback that the systems TRITECH provided have given the firm’s legal partners a level of comfort and control never previously achieved, and requiring only minimal AV Support staff.

TRITECH was recognized by the general contractor of this project, Hitt, with an award for being the “Featured Subcontractor” for the ability to work with all trades on the project and shift work as needed to complete this project on time and on budget.
