The Challenge
While gutting and modernizing their new Boston headquarters, it was essential to strike a balance to maintain traditional appointments befitting BBH’s proud history while designing and installing state of the art technology allowing a company of their size and scope to service their international clients and communicate with their offices around the country and around the world.

The Solutions
This new workspace required collaborative solutions for 30 large-scale videoconferencing meeting rooms, as well as 75 smaller huddle rooms and ad-hoc meeting spaces all featuring plug-n-play connectivity for videoconferencing and computer screen sharing, enabled with Skype for Business. Meeting spaces feature large presentation display via monitors, Crestron touch panel control systems, and room scheduling technology on the network and via panels outside each room. A larger space was required, and created, for all-hands on deck, company-wide meetings, presentations and special events. All spaces were equipped with simplified touch panel control programming for ease-of-use and identical look and feel to provide comfort and confidence with the presentation and conferencing technology for the large user base.
The Outcome
TRITECH has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with BBH supporting their offices in Boston, North Carolina, Philadelphia and Delaware. On the Boston project, TRITECH handled all aspects of audio and video integration, engineering, fabrication, control panel programming, and installation and provides the ongoing support for the $2,000,000 AV and unified communication project.
